Photos from 1959–1960

Chris Miller has contributed a photo of the basketball team, and Beryl has dug out a photo of the school staff which she'd appreciate some help captioning.

Beryl has asked for help identifying the staff in the April 1960 photo. She seeded the caption with a large number of names but some of these may need correcting as Dave Kevill is clearly fourth from left on the middle row and not fourth from the right.

In March 2024 there was a discussion on Facebook about the identification of Miss B Pagan, who taught French. John Bannister had identified her as Brenda Pagan some four years previously but Ruth McClusky suggested her name was actually Barbara, which is actually supported by other sources on the internet concerning her later career. John has confirmed that they did indeed know her as Brenda.
